We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from the AFC Wimbledon Shop. If you are not happy with your order, you can return any unworn and unwashed items within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Complete the Returns Form

  Fill out the returns slip included in your original package, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they arrive back at the stadium shop in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Ship to the Club Shop

  Send your parcel to the official AFC Wimbledon Club Shop at Plough Lane via a tracked courier service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange item within 7-10 working days.
